I am often frustrated by how politicians and pundits discuss economic issues. They just don’t talk about economics in the way I’m used to. So I thought I’d try to summarize some of the economic ideas that I’ve found most useful in thinking about public policy.
I’m not a trained professional economist, but I am fascinated by the subject and I’ve done a bit of reading, so I think I know enough to meet my blogging goal of not making my readers stupider for having read my posts. (Readers are invited to point out where I fail.)
