Hey Everybody! Link To Me!

September 29, 2008 By Mark Draughn 2 Comments

I just noticed that Windypundit is up to Google PageRank 6! Again. Last time I hit PR 6, about a year and a half ago, it didn't last very long. This time, I'm going to try to make it stick. I suppose the best way to do that is to publish high-quality, timely, and original content that attracts attention and starts discussions in the blogosphere. In fact, I'd like to think … [Read more...] about Hey Everybody! Link To Me!

Tweaking the Site

September 27, 2008 By Mark Draughn Leave a Comment

I've been exploring the new version of the Movable Type blogging engine, and I've decided to try turning on some of the caching options. Then I just login to … [Read more...] about How Joel Rosenberg Cost Me $99

Change I Can Believe In

Windypundit is published using the Movable Type blogging engine from Six Apart, and they've just released an interesting sounding update. I think I'll switch to it in the next week or two. I may have to rebuild the templates that create the look and feel of this site, but even if I don't, I'm getting a little tired of the current look of the blog and I'd like to change it. … [Read more...] about Change I Can Believe In

Healthcare Blogging To Come

August 27, 2008 By Mark Draughn Leave a Comment

In the coming weeks and months, I'm planning to try to dilute some of the legal blogging on Windypundit with a little blogging about the healthcare crisis in this country. I should admit right here at the start that I'm woefully ignorant of how the healthcare industry works. It's the biggest industry in the world, and it will only become more important as I get older, so it … [Read more...] about Healthcare Blogging To Come
