Heh, I see you got into a fight with him over that, and “Zoltar Speaks!” dropped in to call you a troll. Which is kind of like being called ‘smelly” by a skunk.

And yet, you have no actual argument against the points Mark raised…just emotion.

Typical.

Jack’s standards went out the moment he decided he’d rather keep around open racists like Alizia, violent psychopaths like Steve, and ultra-right-wing conspiracy theorists like yourself than to keep on people who have the nerve to laugh at him for objectively laughable statements like “There’s no reason not to trust the Trump administration to investigate the Russia affair itself without a special prosecutor.” His only “standard” now is “Blame the left,” even for acts of right-wing terror, even after a week in which the president praised (not “joked,” as Jack laughably argues) right-wing violence against a journalist. After all, we’re the enemies of the people.

I’d put Mark’s standards far above Jack’s or yours.

Everything here is progressive emotional blather, so I guess I am glad you are too scared to post over at Ethics Alarms.

Absolutely savage line, and absolutely deserved.

I used to, but I got tired of it. To be part of that conversation, I’d have to post my comments the same day the post comes out, and I don’t always have time for that. This way I can take my time without worrying about getting behind.

Also, Jack and I have some fundamental disagreements about values, and we’ve iterated through them enough times over there that I don’t think we’ll ever see eye-to-eye on some things. Jack’s views on many things still bother me, and I want to talk about them, but I figure I might as well talk about them on my own blog. Lord knows I need the content. And since I don’t want the blog to be all-Jack-all-the-time, it encourages me to write other things more often.

Finally, the Trump era has brought out something distasteful in his blogging, and I want to comment on it, but after he kicked Chris out of his comments, I’m concerned he may regard what I want to say as inappropriate for his comments section. Here I can say what I want.
