Prostitution. It is currently fashionable in some circles to consider the prostitute to be the victim. Of course, she’s so brainwashed by her pimp/trafficker that she must be forcibly isolated until she sees the value of cooperating with authorities for her own good.

Off the top of my head, I can’t think of another crime where we the victim as well as the perpetrator in jail.
